E-Twinning "Let's Imagine a Village for Everybody

About the project

The new generation no longer recognizes the village. So they don't know village life either. Whereas, was our past life like this? People lived together in the village, ploughed land, took care of animals, cared for farm, prepared winter food, and found peace by living in harmony with nature. There was also a neighbourship. People were concerned with each other's grief, joy, and troubles in the village. The neighbourship disappeared with the transition to city life. However, in the villages, people would visit each other. Sometimes they used to make village affairs a way of helping. In fact, we have lost many of our values by staying away from the villages. Our biggest motivation in the project is to raise young people's awareness towards  natural and village life, plants, animals and basic life skills. Moreover, these young people will know their neighbours and their surroundings and be aware of themselves and their cultural heritage.

- healthy and sustainable nutrition
- reaching clean water sources
- highlighting fresh air and environmental awareness
- preparing one's own food
- growing organic products

 

WORK PROCESS

Our project will take two years in total. We will move in sync with our current Erasmus+ KA229 project. Starting from December 2020, we will be actively working in coordination. We will be in constant communication with our partners. Especially in the spring and autumn, we will be in extensive activities in the villages. Our students will be actively involved in areas such as visits to villages, research, video and photo shoots, and dissemination.
- Each partner school will declare it on the schools' websites, Facebook groups, local and national press etc.
- Project teams will be formed.
- Erasmus+ corners will be prepared.
- The Provincial Directorate of Education will be informed about the project, its objectives and effects on teachers, students, parents and other schools in the area.
- Surrounding schools, students, parents, society and teachers will be informed.

 

EXPECTED RESULTS

Twinspace section will be used actively. We will realize and introduce our products in coordination with our Erasmus + project. In addition to concrete outputs, we will also have some abstract achievements such as: intercultural approaches to heritage, recognize village life, keeping up with natural life, developing neighbourly relations, village working life, preserving the ecosystem, traditions in villages, - fitting natural life, healthy eating, active life, effective communication, recognizing and caring for animals, saving awareness, measurement and weighing skills, tillage, recognize trees and plants, food preparation for animals, winter food preparation, foreign language learning.
